PRE-ORDER TURNAROUND TIME
The turnaround time for pre-orders is 5–10 business days.
An email will be sent as soon as your package has shipped, providing you with your tracking information.
It typically takes one week for HighEnd Beauty to receive the hair.
Once received, your order will be shipped via USPS.
Shipping generally takes 1–3 business days.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing Time: 5–10 business days (due to COVID-19).
Shipping Time: 1–3 business days via USPS once your order has shipped.
Processing Days: Monday–Friday only (No weekends or holidays).
Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses match to avoid potential fraudulent activity.
Note:
All bundles from HighEnd Beauty are co-washed and air-dried before shipment.

Once your order has been fully processed, it will be packaged, shipped, and you will receive a tracking number from USPS.
We ship all orders. No pick-up orders are available at this time.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.
Once packages are dropped off at the post office, HighEnd Beauty is no longer responsible for any delays or issues.
Please contact USPS directly if any problems arise after receiving your tracking number.
Please do not schedule hair appointments until you have received your package, as shipping delays can sometimes occur.
